DAI PHUOC TOURISM URBAN AREA PROJECT: CONTINUING TO ATTRACT MANY FOREIGN INVESTORS

• DIC and Dai Phuoc Korea established joint venture company

In the afternoon of September 25, DIC Corp and Dai Phuoc Korea Co., Ltd. (Dai Phuoc Korea) signed a joint venture agreement to establish a joint venture company - Dai Phuoc Korea – DIC Co., Ltd.

Being the only jewel in the East of Saigon, Dai Phuoc Ecotourism urban area continues to attract many prestigious foreign investors with strong financial potential and looking for effective investment opportunities in Vietnam. Dai Phuoc Korea is a Korean company specializing in the field of real estate business and is a strategic partner of DIC Corp in the business cooperation in this potential project.

Accordingly, the Joint Venture Company was established in Vietnam to invest in building and trading the Commercial, Office, Hotel and Resort Complex (located in Subdivision No. 7,  Dai Phuoc ecotourism urban area).

The total investment capital of the Joint Venture Company is estimated to be VND  168.75 billion (about USD 7.5 million). Charter capital is expected to be VND 56.25 billion (about USD 2.5 million). Of which, DIC contributes and owns 20.15% of the charter capital; DAI PHUOC KOREA contributes and owns 79.85% of charter capital.
