Opening the meeting, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin emphasized: “Developing corporate governance capacity is DIC Group's priority in the upcoming time. In particular, focusing on the application of information technology, equipping software solutions to improve the working productivity of each department and division."

Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin - General Director of DIC Group chaired the June regular meeting to deploy production and business activities.
In the context that 2023 continues to be a difficult year for real estate businesses. In order to balance short-term and long-term effectiveness, in planning sustainable business and production strategies, DIC Group prioritizes capital preservation, strives to be profitable to pay dividends, ensure the lives of officers and employees and investors' interests.
Accordingly, the parent company will focus on investing in key projects with revenue source from 2023 -2024 with its own capital, reinvested capital, other legal sources of capital, reasonable interest credit sources; restrict investment with high-interest and risky credit capital. Projects that do not have revenue in the short term must be delayed.
At the end of the first 5 months of 2023, DIC Victory Hau Giang urban area (scale: 83.46ha) emerged as a bright spot in the production and business picture of DIC Group. According to the report at the meeting, in the first 5 months of 2023, DIC Victory Hau Giang project has successfully transferred 399 products with a total transfer value of more than 700 billion VND . In the last 7 months of 2023, in subdivisions 1,2 and 3 of DIC Victory Hau Giang project, DIC Group plans to continue to transfer 1,214 products , equivalent to VND 1,585 billion in transfer value.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin - General Director of DIC Group emphasized: "In order to fulfill the business targets of 2023, in the last 7 months of the year, departments and divisions must focus and make every effort to complete the tasks assigned by the Executive Board”. Specifically, the General Director of DIC Group directed to focus on debt collection at Vung Tau Gateway apartment projects; Cap Saint Jacques Complex (Phase 1); DIC urban area Dai Phuoc City Dong Nai; New urban area DIC Nam Vinh Yen City Vinh Phuc; To concentrate on trading land funds in DIC Nam Vinh Yen Urban Area, Vinh Phuc City; DIC Victory Hau Giang urban area.
In addition, the enterprise will implement parallel wholesale and retail business strategies; continue to selectively call for domestic and foreign Tier 2 investors to implement component projects in urban and housing projects owned by DIC Group as Tier 1 Investors to accelerate the investment progress and realize the approved planning. General Director Nguyen Quang Tin directly directs relevant departments and functional departments to continue to improve the legal framework of investment and business... at projects under the policy of removing difficulties and obstacles of the Government and provincial governments, striving to 2024 to no longer have major obstacles in DIC Group's projects.
Next Wednesday, June 28th, 2023, DIC Group will officially hold the Annual General Meeting in 2023 at Aurora Convention Center (169 Thuy Van street, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province) to approve many important contents in the business strategy for the period of 2023 – 2027 and orientation to 2035.
