DIC Group Transfers Lam Ha Center Point Project, Anticipates Revenue of VND 1,114 Billion

On June 27^th, 2025, the People's Committee of Ha Nam Province issued Decision No. 1843/QD-UBND, approving the full transfer of the Lam Ha Center Point residential project in Lam Ha Ward, Phu Ly City. Upon completion of the transfer, DIC Group expects to recognize revenue exceeding VND 1,114 billion.

The Lam Ha Center Point project, developed by DIC Group since 2019, is located in Lam Ha Ward—a key area of Phu Ly City’s new urban center in Ha Nam Province. Spanning over 12 hectares with a total investment of more than VND 2,115 billion, the project features a synchronized layout, including 5-story commercial townhouses, villas, row houses, and land allocated for social housing.

Lam Ha Center Point is regarded as one of the most promising projects in Phu Ly City’s central area, benefiting from robust connectivity infrastructure, rapid urbanization, and growing housing demand. Its development has significantly contributed to the city’s transformation and spurred socio-economic growth in Ha Nam Province.

The transfer complies with all legal regulations and has been reviewed and approved by Ha Nam’s provincial departments. The transferee is a financially strong partner with a proven track record in large-scale projects. The Lam Ha Center Point project will continue as planned, adhering to its original objectives and timeline.
