DIC INCREASES INVESTMENT PROMOTION IN THE REAL ESTATE EXHIBITION 2019 IN KOREA

From 7th to 9th June 2019, the 2019 real estate exhibition - Real Estate Expo Korea 2019 took place at COEX of the Seoul (Korean capital). This is an event organized by Korea Ecomomic Daily (Daily Newspaper) and sponsored by the Ministry of Land and Transport and many organizations in Korea such as: Construction Association, Housing Association, Housing Construction Association and Real Estate Exchange Agency.

The Real Estate Expo Korea 2019 took place successfully from 7th-9th June 2019 at COEX (Seoul, Korea).

Real Estate Expo Korea 2019 has opened a forum to share investment methods based on in-depth market trend analysis. The event also brings an opportunity to experience directly the urban housing complex; how to manage small-scale businesses and advanced technologies introduced by real estate technology companies. Also at this exhibition, leading real estate experts in Korea presented and shared on topics related to real estate investment strategy.

The Real Estate Expo Korea 2019 is organized to develop the Korean construction industry and improve the national residence culture. It has also created an area to introduce development projects and information on overseas real estate investment such as urban areas and public companies.

In here, the key projects invested by DIC Group in Vietnam have been exhibited and introduced to participants at the event. In particular, 2 projects: Long Tan Tourism Urban Area and Dai Phuoc Ecotourism Urban Area have attracted special attention of Korean investors.

DIC - Korea joint venture Company (Between DIC Group (DIC Corp) and GMG Holdings (Korea)) was established in 2018, playing the role of promoting investment projects of DIC Group in Korea. Recently, DIC Korea Company has been active and successfully organized many investment promotion events to attract more than 100 investors, financial institutions, investment funds, big construction companies in Korea. Participants: Heerim, GS, Huyndai, Lotte, Doosan, Posco, Meritz, Hana, Shinhan, NH etc.
