2025 BUSINESS OPERATIONS REVIEW CONFERENCE & 2026 BUSINESS PLAN AND EMPLOYEE FORUM

On January 23rd, 2026, DIC Group (HoSE: DIG) convened its “2025 Business Operations Review Conference and 2026 Business Plan and Employee Forum.” The event brought together members of the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, representatives from subsidiary units, and over 200 DIC Group officers and employees.

 

Overview of the conference.

 

In his opening address, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin, CEO of DIC Group, remarked: “Amid a period of economic volatility and significant challenges in the real estate sector, DIC Group has worked diligently to overcome obstacles, achieving substantial and comprehensive results across nearly all operational fronts. This continued performance reaffirms the resilience, credibility, and governance strength of a sustainably growing enterprise.”

In 2025, DIC Group successfully met key business performance targets for revenue and profit, while generating a positive cash flow of nearly VND 4,000 billion by the fiscal year-end. This represents the strongest annual financial outcome in the Group’s 35-year history.

The Group also made notable progress in resolving long-standing legal bottlenecks across several strategic projects, thereby unlocking resources and establishing a solid foundation for accelerating project development in the coming period. 

Alongside business expansion and operational efficiency improvements, DIC Group remains committed to its people-centered development philosophy, recognizing human capital as its most valuable asset. Throughout 2025, the Group maintained its focus on enhancing employee welfare, benefits, and workplace conditions. All personnel policies were implemented fully and in a timely manner, contributing to livelihood stability and fostering long-term commitment among staff.

The conference outlined priority management initiatives to ensure the successful execution of the 2026 financial year plan, with emphasis on restructuring, investment, finance, business operations, site clearance, and tailored strategies for the Construction, Materials, Real Estate, Commerce, and Tourism divisions. 

During the panel session, representatives from DIC No. 1, DICERA, the DIC Northern Project Management Board, and the DIC Western Project Management Board shared practical insights and operational solutions related to project execution and organizational effectiveness.

In his closing remarks, Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong, Chairman of the Board, emphasized: “DIC has clearly defined and remains steadfast in advancing an integrated ecosystem built upon three interdependent pillars: Real Estate Investment; Construction and Building Materials; and Services, Tourism, and Commerce.”

Group leadership affirmed that this three-pillar model represents a strategically sound approach to maximizing operational efficiency and profitability.

The conference also included an awards ceremony honoring outstanding collectives and individuals for their exceptional contributions in 2025, as well as a review of the annual emulation campaign “Crossing the Finish Line.” These activities reinforced a culture of determination and healthy competition across the organization.

The event concluded with a birthday celebration for union members in the first quarter of 2026, reflecting DIC’s commitment to fostering employee well-being and underscoring its people-first approach to sustainable growth.
