CAP SAINT JACQUES COMPLEX PROJECT RELAUCH CEREMONY

On the morning of May 25^th, 2024, DIC Group held a Relaunch Ceremony for the Cap Saint Jacques (CSJ) Complex project. Located at 169 Thuy Van Street, CSJ Complex owns a "diamond" position on the most beautiful golden land fund in the city. Vung Tau. The project area is also the central core area of ​​the 5-star tourist route and unique nightlife area in Vung Tau in the future.

CSJ complex has a total area of 11,014m2 and a total investment: VND 3,577 billion divided into 3 phases. In which, phase 1 is the 30-storey CSJ Tower (C1) apartment block with 372 apartments and the 5-storey Aurora Conference Center with a total investment of VND 706.3 billion; Phase 2 is DIC Star 5-star Hotel Block (C3), 26 floors high with 299 rooms, total investment: VND 1,065.3 billion; Phase 3 is the 31-storey hotel and appartment of the 5-star Bioss Hotel (C4) with 315 apartments, total investment: VND 1,805.8 billion.

DIC Group has basically completed the legal procedures of the CSJ Complex and related completed construction, which were accepted by the Ministry of Construction and put into operation for phase 1.

Up to now, after being heavily affected by the Covid 19 epidemic and the adjustment of the Thuy Van road axis planning has been completed by the authorities, in early 2024, DIC Group decided to restart phase 2 &3 of the project. Cap Saint Jacques complex is the enthusiastic project of DIC Group to create a complex of hotels and tourist apartments in the coastal city of Vung Tau.

DIC Star 5-star hotel block (C3) and 5-star Bioss Hotel combined apartment block (C4) are expected to become typical green buildings of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province. Right from the beginning of implementation, DIC Group has cooperated with a green building consulting unit to deploy professionally and methodically. Within the framework of the event, architect Vu Linh Quang – Managing Director of ARDOR Architects, representative of the green building consultant shared the consultancy on the implementation of construction to ensure the green building criteria of the CSJ complex project.
