DIC FUTURE SOLIDITY - PROGRAM FORWARD TO THE COMMUNITY & SOCIAL WELFARE

Mr. Tran Minh Phu - General Director of DIC Group delivered the opening speech at the "DIC Family  Cultural Festival 2018".

For many years, DIC Group has actively participated in many meaningful volunteer programs such as: Donating to support people seriously affected by natural disasters and floods; activities to help lonely old people, orphans, people having meritorious services to the revolution, building gratitude houses; green school programs such as offering studious scholarships; activities to join hands to protect the environment etc.

Mr. Nguyen Thien Tuan - Chairman of DIC, gave certificates of merit to 20 typical workers in management and production activities.

By practical dedication activities for the community, at the end of Nov 2018, DIC Group has just been praised by Ba Ria Vung Tau People's Committee, acknowledging the "Golden Heart" for its contributions to the social welfare in period 2014 - 2018.

The program "Thousand gifts for New Year – Connecting love" in 2018 has called for the donation of more than VND 1.5 billion and USD 10,000 from the DIC Corp and its member companies of DIC Group.

In the warm atmosphere of the family festival 2018, the project "DIC - Future Solidity" officially launched to promote the chain of social welfare activities of DIC Group more and more practical and effective in the future. The project "DIC - Solid Future" has started with its first campaign called "Thousand gifts for New Year – Connecting love"

Implementing the call of DIC Group to mobilize and support the program "Thousand gifts for New Year – Connecting love", the program is a social charity activity, mobilizing all employees of DIC Group to contribute material to support and give Tet’s gifts to workers and people in difficult circumstances so that they can enjoy Lunar New Year 2019. Up to now, the program has received contributions of VND 1,510,970,000 and USD 10,000.
