DIC Group Achieves 2025 Information Disclosure Standard Certification

July 1^st, 2025 – The IR Awards 2025 program officially released its Comprehensive Survey Report on Information Disclosure Practices in Vietnam’s Stock Market. Based on the evaluation results, DIC Group (Development Investment Construction J.S Corporation, HoSE: DIG) has been honored in the list of "Enterprises Meeting 2025 Information Disclosure Standards".

The IR Awards, organized by Vietstock in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Financial Executives (VAFE) and FiLi e-Magazine, is a prestigious annual award recognized by the business and investment community. Over its 15-year history (2011–2025), the program has become a benchmark for assessing compliance with disclosure regulations among listed companies in Vietnam.

This year, the IR Awards conducted a thorough survey of 691 listed companies from May 1^st, 2024, to April 30^th, 2025. Prior to announcing the results, the program meticulously verified data with each enterprise to ensure fairness, transparency, and the protection of stakeholders' interests.

The survey classified companies meeting disclosure standards into four categories: Financial Large Cap, Non-Financial Large Cap, Mid Cap, and Small Cap. DIC Group was recognized in the Non-Financial Large Cap group, which comprises large-cap companies outside the financial sector (excluding banking, securities, and insurance).

DIC Group’s inclusion among 460 certified companies underscores its commitment to enhancing information governance, strict legal compliance, and transparency toward shareholders and investors. Beyond meeting deadlines and regulatory requirements, the Group prioritizes accuracy, timeliness, and accountability in all financial communications—a key factor in strengthening its reputation as a listed enterprise.

This certification serves as both recognition and motivation for DIC Group to further modernize its transparent and professional disclosure systems. Moving forward, the Group pledges to advance corporate governance in line with international standards, delivering sustainable value to shareholders and the investment community.

Following the disclosure assessment, the IR Awards 2025 will evaluate Investor Relations (IR) activities, culminating in the recognition of top-performing companies in IR by year-end.
