DIC GROUP AFFIRMS ITS POSITION IN THE VNR500 RANKING FOR 7 CONSECUTIVE YEARS

On January 8^th, 2025, with the partnership from VietNamNet Newspaper, Vietnam Report hosted the "Announcement Ceremony of VNR500 Ranking - Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam in 2024." DIC Group (HoSE: DIG) was awarded during the event, marking its seventh consecutive year in this coveted list.

According to the Vietnam Report, in 2024, DIC Group will be ranked 403rd out of 500 in the Top 500 Largest Private Enterprises in Vietnam and 26th out of 29 in the Top 29 Largest Private Enterprises. Maintaining its position in this list demonstrates DIC Group's excellent financial capability, operational efficiency, and beneficial contribution to the country's economic development.

The VNR500 ranking is based on the Fortune500 model, with severe evaluation criteria including revenue, profit, growth rate, total assets, and total number of employees. This is the 18th consecutive year that Vietnam Report has produced the list, which recognises large-scale, efficient firms that display endurance in the face of unforeseen global economic volatility. Participating in VNR500 ranking not only boosts brand reputation, but also solidifies DIC Group's position in the real estate market.

In 2024, despite the economy's numerous complicated problems, DIC Group will continue to accomplish great production and business success. The parent company's entire revenue is predicted to be VND 1,108 billion, with a profit before taxes of VND 325 billion. In addition, DIC Group's important projects, such as Nam Vinh Yen City Vinh Phuc Urban Area and DIC Victory City Hau Giang Urban Area, continue to solidify its position in the real estate market. This accomplishment is the product of strong leadership from the Board of Directors, flexible management by the Executive Board, and the staff's unwavering dedication.
