DIC GROUP AND BIDV SIGNED CREDIT AGREEMENT TO FINANCE THE CAP SAINT JACQUES COMPLEX PROJECT PHASE 2&3

On the morning of August 19^th, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City, DIC Group (HoSE: DIG) and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) held the "Signing Ceremony of the Credit Contract to finance the Cap Saint Jacques Complex Phase 2 & 3" project with a total limit of VND 1,500 billion.

Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of BIDV, there were: Mr. Le Ngoc Lam – General Director; Mr. Tran Long – Deputy General Director; Ms. Pham Thi Van Khanh – Director of Corporate Client Department; Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy – Director of the Center for Appraisal and Approval; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son – Director of BIDV Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Branch; Mr. Le Manh Hung – Director of BIDV Ba Ria – Vung Tau Branch and a number of leaders of the Head Office and branches.

On the side of DIC Group, there were: Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong – Chairman of DIC Group; Mr. Dinh Hong Ky – Independent Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin – Member of the Board of Director and General Director; along with members of the Executive Board, Department/Office Leaders, and representatives of the main contractor DIC No. 2 and the interior construction unit Thien Quang.

At the event, DIC Group and BIDV signed a credit contract to finance the Cap Saint Jacques (CSJ) Phase 2 & 3 project with a limit of VND 1,500 billion. CSJ complex has a total area of 11,014m² and a total investment: 3,577 billion VND divided into 3 phases. In which, phase 1 is the 30-storey CSJ Tower (C1) apartment block with 372 apartments and the 5-storey Aurora Convention Center; Phase 2 is the 5-star DIC Star Hotel Block (C3), 26 floors high with 299 rooms; Phase 3 is the 31-storey 5-star Bioss Hotel (C4) apartment block with 315 apartments. Up to now, DIC Group has basically completed the legal procedures of the CSJ Complex and completed the construction, which has been accepted by the Ministry of Construction and put into operation in phase 1. In May 2024, DIC Group held the Restart Ceremony of the CSJ Complex project.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Le Ngoc Lam - General Director of BIDV affirmed: "The signing ceremony of the Credit Contract to finance the CSJ Complex Project Phase 2 & 3 is a clear demonstration of the determination to develop together between BIDV and DIC Group, contributing to the overall socio-economic development of the country".

On the side of DIC Group, Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong - Chairman of the Board of Directors shared: "Since 1996, BIDV has participated in financing many projects invested by DIC Group, providing regular annual working capital limits and participating in financing for buyers of products belonging to DIC Group's projects. Today's signing ceremony affirms a new step forward in the strategic cooperation relationship between DIC Group and BIDV".

Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin - General Director of DIC Group emphasized: " CSJ Complex is a dedicated project of DIC Group to create a complex of high-class hotels and tourist apartments in the coastal city of Vung Tau. DIC Group commits to using the capital funded by BIDV for the right purpose as well as to properly implement the agreements and obligations signed between the two parties. Thereby, increasing the value of benefits for shareholders and ensuring the long-term cooperation between the two parties".
