DIC Group Anticipates 2,400 Billion VND Revenue from Dai Phuoc Project

DIC Group (HoSE: DIG) expects to recognize approximately 2,400 billion VND in revenue from the partial transfer of the Dai Phuoc Eco-Tourism Urban Area during the fourth quarter of 2025. This significant revenue stream will provide strong momentum for the Group to achieve its annual business targets.

The Dai Phuoc Eco-Tourism Urban Area—commercially branded as DIC Dai Phuoc City Dong Nai—covers approximately 465 hectares and represents a total investment of 7,506 billion VND. It is recognized as one of DIC’s key strategic projects in the Southern region.

All legal procedures for the project have been completed, and 100% site clearance has been achieved. The Department of Construction has confirmed that the project meets all requirements for the transfer of land use rights and residential units in Sub-areas 1, 2, and 3. Additionally, the entire commercial land area within the project has been granted land use certificates.

DIC has entered into development partnerships with secondary investors covering approximately 362 hectares of the project, while retaining direct investment and development control over the remaining 103 hectares.

Within this self-managed portion, DIC has reached a formal transfer agreement with a domestic investor for nearly 31 hectares across Sub-areas 1, 2, and 3. The transaction is expected to generate 2,400 billion VND in revenue and 748 billion VND in gross profit, significantly contributing to the Group’s 2025 business performance.
 

This achievement marks a notable step forward as DIC continues to optimize its resource allocation, streamline its asset portfolio, and enhance cash flow management in preparation for its next growth phase.
