DIC GROUP COMPLETES THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INSPECTION CONCLUSION NO. 1288/KL-TTCP

Implementing the direction of the Ministry of Construction in Plan No. 4559/KH-BXD, dated 13^rd August 2024 on the implementation of Conclusion No. 1288/KL-TTCP, DIC Group has developed the "Plan to implement the Inspection Conclusion No. 1288/KL-TTCP dated 20^th June 2024 of the Government Inspectorate on the observance of the law in equitization and divestment of state capital in DIC Group" (Document No. 110/KH-DIC Group-HDQT, on 28^th August 2024).

Up to now, DIC Group has completed all administrative procedures and related financial obligations.

In Official Letter No. 6484/BXD-KHTC, dated 25^th November 2024 on the "Report on the results of the implementation of Inspection Conclusions No. 1288/KL-TTCP dated 20^th June 2024 of the Government Inspectorate" to the Government Inspectorate, the Ministry of Construction stated:

"DIC Group has solemnly implemented the Inspection Conclusions No. 1288/KL-TTCP of the Government Inspectorate and the Plan to implement the Inspection Conclusions of the Minister of Construction". (Excerpt from Section 3 – Comments and evaluation of the implementation of inspection conclusions No. 1288/KL-TTCP of the Appendix 'Summarizing and reporting on the results of implementation of conclusions and recommendations of the Government Inspectorate in Inspection conclusions No. 1288/KL-TTCP').
