DIC GROUP PLANS TO DEPLOY SOCIAL HOUSING IN VINH PHUC, HA NAM AND HAU GIANG

DIC Group is currently planning to implement a social housing project in urban areas in Vinh Phuc, Ha Nam, and Hau Giang provinces, as part of the government's initiative to invest in constructing at least one million affordable housing units for low-income individuals and industrial workers during the 2021-2030 period.

Nam Vinh Yen New Urban Area – Phase 1 (Scale: 190.6ha, Vinh Phuc province); Lam Ha Center Point residential area (Scale: 13.5ha, Ha Nam province) and Vi Thanh commercial residential area (DIC Victory City Hau Giang) (Scale: 83.4ha, Hau Giang province) are large-scale real estate projects invested by DIC Group. The construction of model urban areas, methodical planning and investment in the synchronous system of technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, and convenient traffic connections are the top priorities of DIC Group.

Sharing about the plan to implement social housing projects, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin - General Director of DIC Group said: "Accelerating investment in building social housing projects on 20% of residential land in urban areas invested by DIC Group will contribute significantly to the goal of developing local social housing assigned by the Government, as well as meeting the huge housing demands for workers in Vinh Phuc, Ha Nam and Hau Giang".

Accordingly, the specific implementation plans for social housing projects in localities have been prepared by DIC Group as follows:

Currently, DIC Group is finalizing the legal procedures to commence construction on the mentioned projects, in order to affirm the capacity of the Investor and directly fulfill the responsibility of social housing investment in urban areas, residential areas, and housing projects according to the state's policy. This is an important initial step in DIC Group's social housing development strategy, meeting the housing needs of workers and ensuring welfare in Vinh Phuc, Ha Nam and Hau Giang localities.
