DIC GROUP REACHED TOP 10 REAL ESTATE INVESTORS FOR 3 CONSECUTIVE YEARS

On the afternoon of April 24^th, 2024, Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company (Vietnam Report) held a ceremony to announce the Top 10 Real Estate Developers in 2024. DIC Group (HoSE: DIG) has registered in this prestigious ranking for 3 consecutive years. The award recognizes the persistent efforts of DIC Group – a real estate business with more than 34 years of development, creating sustainable value for customers, shareholders and partners.

The Top 10 Real Estate Developers ranking is the result of independent research by Vietnam Report. Accordingly, the ranking is built on scientific and objective principles to recognize and honor the key players of the real estate industry who have been making their best efforts to achieve many achievements in providing products to customers, building an impressive image in the eyes of the public and investors, Show solid bravery with stable financial capacity, good resilience when facing countless difficulties.

Looking back at 2023, the real estate market experienced a challenging year. The difficult context of the economy in general and of the real estate market in particular also affects the business situation of most enterprises in the industry. According to data from the General Statistics Office, by the end of 2023, the number of dissolved real estate enterprises will increase by 7.7% compared to 2022. Notably, the real estate business has up to 3,705 businesses that stopped doing business for a definite time, an increase of 47.4% compared to 2022.

In the context of general difficulties of the market, DIC Group still maintains stable operations, safe financial structure and deploys flexible business solutions on a transparent legal basis. Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin – General Director of DIC Group said: "By the end of 2023, DIC Group has gradually overcome the bottom stage of the real estate market with a series of optimistic signals: trillion VND deposits, completed capital arrangements of over 4,000 billion VND, increased total assets from 14,747.8 billion VND to 16,827.6 billion VND, opening up opportunities to mobilize for large-scale projects proactively, creating a favorable premise for fiscal year 2024".

Along with the efforts to promote the real estate market of both the Government and the business community, it will be a strong basis for the expectation that the market will have a stronger transformation in 2024 and the following years. This period of acceleration of recovery is an opportunity for businesses, typically DIC Group with stable financial foundation, good resilience to assert their position, prestige, and build trust in the eyes of the public and investors.

On the basis of production and business results in 2023, DIC Group submits to the AGM for approval of the production and business plan for 2024 with total consolidated revenue: VND 2,300 billion (up 72% compared to the implementation in 2023); Consolidated pre-tax profit: VND 1,010 billion (up 508.9% compared to 2023).
