In total, the transfer of 451,334 m² of the Dai Phuoc Project generated over VND 2,954 billion in revenue for DIC Group. This revenue represents a critical contribution toward fulfilling the Group’s 2025 business targets.
The simultaneous execution of these large-scale transactions underscores the strong market appeal of DIC’s fully permitted land bank and reflects the Group’s project development capabilities and credibility as a strategic investor.
The formal recognition of these significant transfers in 2025 has substantially boosted revenue, improved cash flow, and enhanced capital efficiency for DIC Group. This provides a solid financial foundation for the Group to strategically reposition its project portfolio and focus resources on key developments in the coming growth phase.
