DIC GROUP: REGULAR MEETING IN JULY TO IMPLEMENT PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS

In the afternoon of July 10th, 2023, at DIC Group headquarters, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin chaired the July regular meeting to implement production and business activities. Attending the meeting were the Executive Board and leaders of departments and divisions under DIC Group.

Speaking at the beginning of the meeting, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin assessed that departments and divisions under DIC Group have basically completed their tasks in June 2023. "The Land Management Board and the Human Resources Organising Board have taken more proactive actions. In particular, acknowledging the efforts of the Accounting Board in arranging sources, paying large amounts due and the Project Development Board proactively handling the tasks within the scope of responsibility of the Board", Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin emphasized.

After listening to the departments and boards report on the results in June 2023 and the plan to implement the tasks in July 2023, the General Director has given specific instructions for financial and business work; the implementation of projects invested by DIC Group in Ba Ria – Vung Tau; Dong Nai; Hau Giang; Ha Nam and Vinh Phuc.

Leaders of DIC Group assigned the task to the Business and Market Development Department: retail revenue will reach VND 1,000 billion in the last 6 months of 2023. In particular, the Market and Business Development Board must focus and drastically focus on collecting debts according to the plan.

Within the framework of the regular meeting, the General Director also directed the management and operation units of DIC buildings (DIC Resco; DIC Hospitality) to train service personnel (security, housekeeping, technical) in a professional direction. In addition to the quality of the project, the quality of after-sales service also contributes to affirming the reputation of the investor.

Right in July 2023, DIC Group will organize health check-ups for staff at Ho Chi Minh City University Hospital of Medicine and Pharmacy. This is a remuneration policy for employees implemented annually by DIC Group.
