DIC GROUP: REGULAR MEETING IN SEPTEMBER TO IMPLEMENT PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS

In the afternoon of September 11, 2023, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin chaired the September regular meeting to implement production and business activities.

Speaking at the beginning of the meeting, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin assessed business results in the first 8 months of 2023.

Accordingly, the General Director requested the Business & Market Development Board (PTTT&KD) to accelerate the implementation of the set business targets in 2023. In addition, the General Director directed relevant departments to drastically complete the work of removing legal obstacles in the projects: Long Tan Tourist Urban Area; Dai Phuoc Ecotourism Urban Area; Hiep Phuoc Residential Area; North Vung Tau New Urban Area... At the same time, arranging financial resources of about VND 2,000 billion to actively invest in projects.

"For key projects on the DIC Group's investment priority list, KPIs are required for Project Development Departments; Accounting Board; Land Management Board; Project Management Board... to evaluate the results of each quarter and year", Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin emphasized.

After listening to the reports of the Departments, Departments and units, the General Director commented on the work done by the Departments in August 2023 and directed the implementation of the work in September 2023 to focus on business work; capital arrangement, accounting, planning, capital contribution; investment projects in Ba Ria – Vung Tau; Dong Nai; Hau Giang; Ha Nam and Vinh Phuc.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin highly appreciated DIC Ha Nam Management Board for proactively handling tasks related to DIC Lantana City Ha Nam project (Legal name: Lam Ha Center Point Residential Area). Immediately after this project was approved for local adjustment of the detailed construction plan scale of 1/500 (Decision No. 907/QD-UBND, dated August 14, 2023), DIC Group submitted to the Ministry of Construction for appraisal of the project feasibility study report. With local support, DIC Group is striving to accelerate the completion of legal procedures in accordance with regulations.

Within the framework of the meeting, the Board of Directors encouraged all employees to respond to the emulation movement and determined to complete the goal of the "warm-up" program to celebrate the 35th anniversary of DIC Group.
