DIC GROUP SETS A REVENUE TARGET OF VND 714 BILLION FROM 599 PRODUCTS AT DIC VICTORY CITY HAU GIANG PROJECT

DIC Group has authorised a business plan for 599 land plots, including 579 adjacent land lots and 20 villa land lots, with an average selling price of 12,039,440 VND/m². The total income is expected to be VND 714 billion, with a profit before tax of VND 136 billion.

 

DIC Victory City Hau Giang (legal name: Vi Thanh Commercial Residential Area) is Hau Giang's first and only riverside model urban area. The project is ideally positioned on Vo Nguyen Giap Boulevard, the main traffic corridor that connects National Highway 61C, across from the Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee and near the province's administrative headquarters.

All 599 land plots (equivalent to 65,278m² of total commercial land area) in The Energy subdivision have now completed all legal procedures as prescribed, including: site clearance, issuance of land use right certificates and full payment of financial obligations. Accordingly, the Department of Construction of Hau Giang province has issued Notice No. 1991/SXD-QLN&TTBĐS dated 22 October 2024, confirming eligibility for sale. This affirms the transparency and legal responsibility of DIC Group, bringing absolute peace of mind to customers.
