DIC GROUP WAS AWARDED "TOP 20 VIETNAMESE FAMOUS BRANDS 2020"

     On 26th Sept 2020, DIC Group was honored in the "Top 20 Vietnamese Famous Brands" at the Award Ceremony of “Famous Brand - Vietnam Competitive Brand 2020”. The title is an affirmative proof of DIC Group's outstanding and sustainable development in real estate industry.

     "Famous Brand – Vietnam Competitive Brand" is an event organized annually by the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association to honor typical enterprises in the period of international integration and competition.

The representative of DIC Group received the award of "Top 20 Vietnamese Famous Brands 2020"

     To be recognized as a Famous Brand, DIC Group must satisfy the evaluation criteria in accordance with Article No.75 of the Intellectual Property Law - 2005 including criteria of total budget revenue, management system and positive contributions for social security.

     2020 is a special year marking 30th anniversary of establishment and development of DIC Group. With many large-scale projects, DIC Group has gradually affirmed its own identity in the Vietnam real estate market - a pioneer brand in the journey of exploring and awakening the golden potential of new lands. Typical projects are DIC Chi Linh City, DIC Dai Phuoc City Dong Nai, DIC Nam Vinh Yen City Vinh Phuc etc.

     Not only investing in home & land real estate, DIC Group also promotes the development of resort real estate. On 12th Sept 2020, DIC Star Vinh Phuc Hotel, located in Nam Vinh Yen New Urban of Vinh Phuc Province, was received 5-Star certification from the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism. This is the first time that a hotel invested, built, operated and managed by DIC Group, has been certified.
