DIC PROPOSED PLANNING FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW RESORT IN QUANG BINH PROVINCE

DIC Group has proposed to present the idea of planning of Hotels and Golf Course Resorts project in Hai Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province with the scale of about 280 ha.

DIC Group has just had a meeting with the leaders of Quang Binh province to report the plan of the Quang Binh Hotels and Golf Course Resorts project.

According to the proposed plan, the Quang Binh Hotels and Golf Course Resorts project has a total area of ​​about 280.51 ha, located in Hai Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district. The project’s complex will include cave exploratory park, cave theme amusement park, water and outdoor sports center, seafood market, village commercial space etc.

After listening to DIC Group presenting the project’s plan, representatives of related departments and agencies appreciated the investor's ideas and commented on some sections as well as adjusted some transportation routes in the project’s area to match the overall planning of the province.

Accordingly, the Quang Binh Hotels and Golf Course Resorts project is a different project, showing the characteristics of Quang Binh culture, assessed by Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee Secretary Hoang Dang Quang. He also said that Quang Binh province agrees with the project planning idea proposed by investors; however, investors need to research to make the project suitable to the overall development of the province. Importantly, its transport system must be connected to the transport routes of Dong Hoi City and Quang Ninh District.

The Quang Binh provincial leaders also noted that investors should consider selecting international brands for the implementation of project’s sections. Yet, it should not lose the characteristics of Quang Binh province to attract domestic and international tourists.

Mr. Tran Cong Thuat, Chairman of Quang Binh People's Committee, underlined that to support investors to survey, research and formulate project’s plan, the People's Committee of Quang Binh province assigns responsibilities to related departments, agencies and units to support investors in the implementation process; At the same time, the project should be implemented on the basis of ensuring the provisions of law.
