DIC VICTORY CITY HAU GIANG PROJECT: 305 SHOPHOUSES IN SUBDIVISION 2 ARE OFFICIALLY ELIGIBLE FOR SALE

On 5^th December 2024, the Department of Construction of Hau Giang province issued Notice No. 2384/SXD-QLN&TTBĐS regarding the "Notice of eligible shophouses to be put into business for 305 houses in phase two of the Vi Thanh Commercial Residential Project, Ward IV, Vi Thanh City". This is an important milestone affirming the legal transparency of the project and the capacity of DIC Group as the investor.

THE ATTRACTION OF LEGAL TRANSPARENCY

DIC Victory City Hau Giang (Legal name: Vi Thanh Commercial Residential Area) is strategically located on Vo Nguyen Giap Boulevard, the arterial traffic route connecting National Highway 61C, opposite the Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee and near the administrative centre of the province. With a scale of 83.4 hectares and a total investment of 5,649 billion VND, the project is the first and only riverside model urban area in Hau Giang.

The project is planned into three subdivisions: The Strength (Subdivision 1); The Energy (Subdivision 2) and The Peace (Subdivision 3). Right in the heart of the metropolis, the technical infrastructure of The Strength and The Energy subdivisions has been completed.

In The Energy subdivision, 305 out of 325 shophouses have been invested in by DIC Group to construct a synchronous technical infrastructure system and have been granted Land Use Rights Certificates according to the following routes: Road No. 1; Road No. 2. Accordingly, these 305 products have officially met the legal conditions for sale.

Previously, at the end of October 2024, DIC Group was also eligible to open for sale 599 land plots in The Energy subdivision (Notice No. 1991/SXD-QLN&TTBĐS, dated October 22, 2024, from the Department of Construction of Hau Giang province regarding "Land use rights that have technical infrastructure in real estate projects are transferred to individuals who build their own houses under (Phase two) of the project: Vi Thanh Commercial Residential Area, Ward IV, Vi Thanh City").
