DIC VICTORY CITY HAU GIANG – THE BEST INTEGRATED TOWNSHIP IN VIETNAM 2024

On the evening of September 26^th, within the framework of the DOT Property Vietnam Awards ceremony, DIC Victory City Hau Giang Urban Area, invested by the DIC Group, was honoured in the category of "Best Integrated Township in Vietnam 2024."

The DOT Property Awards are organized by the DOT Property Group – a real estate brand under the global Lifull Connect Group. This annual prestigious award is a focal point in the Southeast Asia region's real estate industry.

With the theme for 2024 being "Sustainable Development: Building the Foundation for a New Cycle of Real Estate in Vietnam," the DOT Property Awards honor outstanding businesses and projects that have overcome the challenges of the real estate market during the 2023-2024 period.

During the award ceremony, DIC Victory City Hau Giang urban area emerged victorious in the category of "Best Integrated Township in Vietnam 2024." The project excelled in various criteria, including a diverse range of amenities, convenient connectivity, sustainable planning, and significant contributions to the local economy, culture, and society.

With a scale of 83.4 hectares and a total investment of 5,649 billion VND, DIC Victory City Hau Giang is currently the first and only riverside model urban area in Hau Giang. The convenient transportation connections, synchronized infrastructure, and diverse utility system are its prominent strengths.

The project brings together more than 20 amenities to meet residents' needs for a full and convenient life, including the 5-star DIC Star Hau Giang Hotel, 10 central park clusters, a comprehensive school system, a high-class medical center, luxury office buildings, and top destinations for administrative, cultural, and entertainment activities. Along with low residential density, the urban area is adorned with green landscapes and interspersed parks, providing residents with a high-quality, harmonious living environment amidst nature.

DIC Victory City Hau Giang urban area contributes to elevating the urban landscape of Hau Giang province.

The project is planned in three zones: The Strength (Zone 1); The Energy (Zone 2); and The Peace (Zone 3). Infrastructure for The Strength and The Energy zones has already been completed within the heart of the city.
