DIC VINH PHUC BRANCH WILL RESUME OPERATION FROM AUGUST 8TH, 2023

On 08/08/2023, DIC Group (HoSE: DIG) held a ceremony to announce the decision to resume operation of DIC Vinh Phuc branch.

Attending the announcement ceremony were: Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin – General Director of DIC Group and representatives of departments, departments and collectives of officers - employees of DIC Vinh Phuc branch.

Accordingly, DIC Vinh Phuc branch officially resumes operation from 08/08/2023. Regarding the organizational structure, personnel of DIC Vinh Phuc Branch: mobilize and reappoint positions as before the branch temporarily suspended operation.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin – General Director of DIC Group emphasized: "The reopening of DIC Vinh Phuc branch from 08/08/2023 is a very important policy of the Board of Directors in promoting the business and brand development for DIC Group. The branch needs to fulfill business objectives and support customers at Nam Vinh Yen City, Vinh Phuc Urban Area and the Group's northern projects. The Board of Directors of DIC Group will support and create the most favorable conditions for the branch to continue to operate professionally and effectively".

Mr. Tran Duc Nguyen – Director of DIC Vinh Phuc branch commits to make efforts to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Board of Directors of DIC Group. In particular, the branch strives to complete the revenue plan of Nam Vinh Yen City Vinh Phuc Urban Area project in 2023 to reach VND 524.3 billion.

Established in February 2015, DIC Vinh Phuc Branch is a subsidiary of DIC Group with the main task of implementing sales of DIC Nam Vinh Yen City project in Vinh Phuc.

Located in the south of Vinh Yen city – the central gateway of Vinh Phuc province, DIC Nam Vinh Yen City Vinh Phuc – Phase 1 (Scale: 191ha) owns an ideal location when adjacent to Dam Vac – the "green lung" of the city. In particular, the project is also located adjacent to National Highway 2A connecting Hanoi with the northwestern provinces, near the intersection of Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway, adjacent to major industrial and tourist parks of Vinh Phuc province, so it is very convenient in terms of traffic, connect and affirm the potential for certain development in the future.

Up to now, this urban area has established the position of the leading model urban area of Vinh Phuc province. This is a key project of DIC Group, affirming the imprint and brand of DIC in the Northern real estate market.

By the end of July 2023, DIC Group has successfully transferred 2,356 land lots/3,466 plots under Phase 1 of the project, equivalent to 68% of the total land lots. The business is expected to continue to sell products at this project in Q4/2023.
