LAM HA CENTER POINT HOUSING PROJECT WELCOMES THE HA NAM REAL ESTATE MARKET

Ha Nam is a locality with a strategic location in the Red River Delta, a large land fund and an increasingly complete transport infrastructure along with policies to attract investment, improve the business environment... With those advantages, Ha Nam has become a new bright spot on the real estate investment map in Vietnam. Catching up with the development potential of the locality, DIC Group has pioneered the investment in the Lam Ha Center Point Housing Project. Currently, the project has basically completed the legal process according to regulations.

Located in the Bac Chau Giang Urban Area Planning, Lam Ha Center Point residential area has an area of 13.6 hectares, located in Lam Ha Ward, Phu Ly City, is an expensive highlight in the real estate market in the center of the young city. The project owns a prime location with the Dien Bien Phu arterial road (65m – 68m wide) which has been invested and completed passing through the project.

The Lam Ha Center Point housing complex is expected to provide accommodation for about 2,400 people. With a total investment of VND 2,115.9 billion, Lam Ha Center Point is a key project of DIC Group in the period of 2021 – 2025.

After completing the technical infrastructure, the project will open for sale products including: 106 shophouses; 32 villas; 90 townhouses and three blocks of commercial centers combined with 15-20 storey apartments. Each item is invested to create a modern and comfortable living space, meeting the diverse needs of residents.

Currently, the project has basically completed legally. Specifically, Lam Ha Center Point residential area has been approved to adjust the detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500; approving the results of investor selection; certification of completion of the land clearance compensation; allocate 100% of the land area; approving the environmental impact assessment report; appraisal and approval of feasibility study report dossiers (including basic design drawings) and completion of land allocation adjustment dossiers.

In the fourth quarter of 2024, DIC Group will continue to accelerate the implementation of relevant procedures to qualify for construction in accordance with the law such as: determining and submitting financial obligations on land, applying for land use right certificates, ownership of land-attached assets, etc. approve construction design drawings, apply for construction permits. Lam Ha Center Point residential area is expected to contribute to changing the urban appearance of Ha Nam, contributing positively to the socio-economic development of the locality.

Thanks to its strategic location at the southern gateway of the capital and the increasingly developed transport infrastructure, Ha Nam has become an attractive destination, attracting many real estate investors such as: DIC Group, Sun Group, Bitexco, BRG Group... In early August 2024, Sun Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Sun Urban City project with a scale of 420 hectares, with a total investment of about VND 35,000 billion.

According to the planning of Ha Nam province for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050, Ha Nam province aims to become a city directly under the Central Government. The goal is that by 2030, Ha Nam will be the high-tech industrial center of the region. The attraction of Ha Nam is also promoted by the approved large infrastructure plans in the area bordering the South of Hanoi. In the context of positive changes in the real estate market in Ha Nam province, many large-scale industrial parks and housing projects will be promoted in the coming time.
