OCTOBER BRIEFING TO IMPLEMENT PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS

On the afternoon of 14^th October 2024, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin – General Director of DIC Group chaired the October briefing. The meeting focused on reviewing the work in September 2024, implementing the next month's work and preliminary assessment of production and business results in the first 9 months of 2024.

At the beginning of the meeting, the General Director reviewed the results for September 2024 and the cumulative performance for the first nine months of the year. The report at the meeting summarized revenue, expenses, project disbursements, and the business activities of DIC Group during this period.

Accordingly, in the fourth quarter of 2024, DIC Group will prioritize completing legal formalities for projects, increasing charter capital, finalizing planned project transfers, as well as focusing on building effective sales strategies and improving debt recovery efforts. General Director Nguyen Quang Tin emphasized the need for all departments and boards to maximize their efforts to meet the company's set business and production goals for 2024.

For the inspection and implementation of inspection conclusions No. 1288/KL-TTCP dated 20/06/2024 and the Notice of Inspection Conclusions No. 1764/TB-TTCP dated 27/08/2024 of the Government Inspector General on the observance of the law in equitisation and divestment at Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Company (DIC Group), DIC Group has coordinated with the Ministry of Construction and other agencies and departments to review, assess, and execute the directives according to the inspection conclusion in September 2024.

Up to now, DIC Group has completed all financial obligations according to Conclusion No. 1288/KL-TTCP dated June 20^th, 2024 of the Government Inspectorate and completed the review and administrative handling of relevant organizations and individuals in the period 2007 - 2008 and 2016 - 2017. At the same time, DIC Group has completed the report on the results of the implementation of all recommendations and inspection conclusions under the responsibility of DIC Group to the Ministry of Construction and relevant agencies. By not allowing mistakes to occur and quickly implementing the recommendations and requirements of the Government Inspectorate, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin highly appreciated the leaders of Departments, Boards and professional officials for advising and complying with the law in the process of production and business activities and requesting Departments and Boards continue to improve and promote the spirit of compliance with legal regulations.
