PRELIMINARY BRIEFING ON BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2024

On the morning of April 15, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin chaired a briefing on the preliminary review of production and business activities in the first quarter of 2024, the implementation of work in April and the business plan for the second quarter of 2024.

At the beginning of the meeting, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin assessed the business in March 2024 in particular and the first quarter of 2024 in general. Through the first 3 months of 2024, the General Director acknowledged the contribution and sense of responsibility of departments and departments. "In order to complete the business plan in 2024, it is recommended that each department and department, based on functional tasks, actively handle the assigned tasks, each officer and employee must focus their efforts and successfully complete the assigned tasks", Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin emphasized.

The meeting reported DIC Group's revenue, expenditure, business results for March 2024 and performance results for the first quarter of 2024. After hearing the work report, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin concluded to direct and assign specific tasks to each department and department.

With the support of agencies and agencies from central to local, legal procedures of DIC Group's projects have progressed markedly, opening up more favorable opportunities. Accordingly, the enterprise continues to strive to legally complete the projects in the first 6 months of 2024 as planned.

The General Director directs the Project Development Board and related Project Management Boards to focus on legal completion in a number of projects: DIC Chi Linh City Vung Tau urban area; DIC Solar City Vung Tau urban area; Hiep Phuoc Residential Area; DIC Wisteria City Dong Nai Urban Area and Lam Ha Center Point Residential Area – Ha Nam.

Compensation and site clearance are important tasks of 2024 with the goal of creating a large clean land fund in key projects. "In March 2024, the compensation and site clearance work of DIC Group has progressed, requiring relevant departments and departments to continue to implement drastically and effectively," General Director Nguyen Quang Tin directed.

At the meeting, the General Director requested the Market & Business Development Board to make a business plan for the projects: Nam Vinh Yen New Urban Area, Vinh Phuc City; DIC Victory City Hau Giang Urban Area and Lam Ha Center Point Residential Area – Ha Nam are ready as soon as they are eligible to open for sale.

As planned, on April 26^th, DIC Group will hold the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) at Aurora Convention Center (169 Thuy Van, Ward 8, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province). The General Director requested the department to focus on completing assigned tasks and serving the AGM thoughtfully and effectively.

DIC Group will hold the AGM in 2024 with 2 forms of attendance: face-to-face and online. This is the first year that DIC Group has added online participation, in addition to the traditional face-to-face meeting format. The addition of the online form aims to create maximum favorable conditions for participants, especially the interests of small shareholders, remove obstacles in geographical location, save travel costs for shareholders.

From April 22^nd, 2024, the online participation portal will be open. Accordingly, shareholders attending online can exercise their right to vote on the issues of the meeting starting from April 22^nd, 2024.
