PRELIMINARY MEETING ON PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS RESULTS IN THE SECOND QUARTER OF 2024, IMPLEMENTATION OF WORK IN JULY AND PRODUCT

On the afternoon of July 15^th, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin chaired a preliminary meeting on production and business results for the second quarter of 2024, implementing works in July and the production and business plan for the third quarter of 2024.

At the beginning of the meeting, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin commented and briefly assessed the work results in June 2024 and the first six months of 2024. "Production and business activities in the second quarter of 2024 recorded positive changes, business results in the second quarter reached the set plan. At the same time, the efforts of the Project Development Department, the Accounting Department and the Finance Department are all praiseworthy", Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin emphasized.

The meeting summarized revenues, expenditures, business results in June 2024 and accumulated construction results in the first six months of 2024. Members of the Executive Board presented their opinions on the assigned fields, departments and divisions of DIC Group reported on the implementation of works in this month, difficulties and problems. At the meeting, the General Director concluded to direct key contents, focusing on business and debt recovery; site clearance compensation and project investment.

The General Director directs the Project Development Board to focus on  completing the legal procedures for these projects: DIC Chi Linh City Vung Tau Urban Area; DIC Solar City Vung Tau Urban Area; DIC Dai Phuoc City Dong Nai Urban Area; DIC Wisteria City Dong Nai Urban Area and Hiep Phuoc Residential Area.

Land clearance compensation is an important task in 2024 with the goal of creating a large clean land fund at key projects. DIC Group has established a special working group to remove difficulties in land clearance work at the DIC Wisteria City Dong Nai Urban Area project. General Director Nguyen Quang Tin directed: "Departments should proactively make plans and solutions for compensation, accelerate the progress to ensure 100% completion of the compensation plan for the DIC Wisteria City Dong Nai project".

At the meeting, the General Director asked the Market & Business Development Department to focus on sales and debt recovery at projects to generate revenue and profit as planned. Up to now, the DIC Victory City Hau Giang Urban Area project has transferred 399/2,661 land lots, it is expected to continue to transfer the remaining products in the third and fourth quarters of 2024. DIC Phu My Ba Ria project has successfully transferred 819/1,279 land lots, and is expected to continue to open for sale 45 land lots in 2024. Nam Vinh Yen City Vinh Phuc Urban Area project has completed the transfer of 2,488/3,466 land lots, it is expected to transfer 62 land lots next. Vung Tau Centre Point apartment project is transferring 595 apartments.

DIC Group held the Relaunch Ceremony of the CSJ Complex project on May 25^th, 2024

On July 5^th, 2024, the Board of Directors of DIC Group approved the policy of borrowing a maximum of VND 1,500 billion from the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV). The purpose of the loan is to invest in the Cap Saint Jacques complex project (CSJ project) - Phase 2 and 3. Accordingly, on July 10^th, BIDV Bank issued a credit approval document. At the meeting, the General Director directed the Accounting Department and the Finance Department to continue working with BIDV Bank to complete the procedures for signing the Credit Limit Contract for the CSJ project - Phase 2.
