REGULAR MEETING IN JUNE TO IMPLEMENT PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS

In the afternoon of June 7^th, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin chaired the regular meeting in June 2024 to deploy production and business activities.

At the beginning of the meeting, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin commented and briefly assessed the results of work implementation in May 2024. In particular, a number of tasks have been implemented on schedule.

In May, DIC Group organized a series of activities to celebrate the 34th anniversary of its establishment (26/5/1990 – 26/5/2024), including: Traditional Sports Festival; The re-launch ceremony of the Cap Saint Jacques Complex project; Golf Tournament "DIC and Friends 2024" and the 34th Anniversary of DIC Group.

At the beginning of June 2024, DIC Group adjusted the personnel of the following departments: Market & Business Development Department (PTTT&KD); Legal Department; Land Management Board; the Department of Economics and Technology; management board of DIC Dong Nai projects. The General Director asked the leaders of the newly transferred and appointed departments to quickly grasp the work, receive the newly assigned tasks, and ensure the effective completion of the work.

The meeting reported on revenues, expenditures, and business results for May 2024 of DIC Group. After listening to the work report, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin concluded to direct and assign specific tasks to each department.

Priority tasks in June 2024 include: Focus on completing legal procedures for projects; Promote site clearance compensation for projects as planned; Complete the capital increase documents in 2024 (including the distribution of stock dividends) according to the plan approved by the Board of Directors and the General Meeting of Shareholders.

At the meeting, the General Director asked the Department of Information and Development to focus on sales and debt recovery at projects to create revenue, income and profit according to the 2024 plans. In addition, the General Director directed the Sales and Market Development Dept. to make a product business plan in 3 projects: DIC Nam Vinh Yen City Vinh Phuc urban area; DIC Victory City Hau Giang urban area and DIC Lantana City Ha Nam residential area.

Compensation and site clearance is an important task of 2024 with the goal of creating a large clean land fund at key projects. General Director Nguyen Quang Tin assigned the DIC Dong Nai Projects Management Dept. and the Land Management Dept. to coordinate and accelerate the progress of land clearance compensation at DIC Wisteria City Dong Nai Urban Area.

For the conversion according to international financial reporting standards (IFRS), the General Director assigned the Accounting Department to continue to implement according to the roadmap.

At the meeting, the General Director assigned the Economic and Engineering Department to preside over the implementation of tasks related to the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to projects and works invested by DIC Group. The application of the BIM process is evaluated to help shorten the time and improve the quality of design, construction and management of construction investment projects, improving the production and business efficiency of DIC Group in the future.

On May 25^th, 2024, the Government Office issued Notice No. 245/TB-VPCP on "Conclusions of the Standing Committee of the Government on the preparation and completion of procedures and conditions for submission to the National Assembly of documents with early effect for the Laws on Land, Housing and Real Estate Business". Accordingly, the General Director briefed the Legal Committee to carefully study 3 new laws: Land; Real Estate and Housing business and impact assessment, implementation consultation for DIC Group when it takes effect.
