REGULAR MEETING IN MARCH TO IMPLEMENT PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS

In the afternoon of March 11^th, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin chaired the regular meeting in March 2024 to deploy production and business activities.

Overview of the meeting

At the beginning of the meeting, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin evaluated  the production and business results in the first two months of 2024. Right after the Lunar New Year holiday, DIC Group held a Launching Ceremony, officially launching the emulation movement in 2024 with the theme "Total Force".

The General Director asked all officers and employees to always be proactive, united and responsible in order to complete goals and accelerate to the finish line in 2025. Accordingly, the enterprise strives to achieve many excellent achievements to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the establishment of DIC Group to meet the Chairman's expectations, and contribute to building the position of the Top 5 largest real estate groups in Vietnam.

The meeting reported revenues, expenditures, business results for the first two months of 2024 and business plans for March 2024.

In the difficult context of the real estate market, other businesses paralyzed cash flow, DIC Group has achieved important targets of effective organizational structure and positive financial resources. According to the assessment, currently, DIC Group's finance is stable compared to other enterprises in the same industry. "However, DIC Group's staff must constantly make efforts to maintain the development momentum", Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin emphasized.

After hearing the work report, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin concluded to direct and assign specific tasks to each relevant Department and Board.

Compensation and site clearance are important tasks of 2024 with the goal of creating a large clean land fund in key projects: DIC Chi Linh City Vung Tau urban area; DIC Solar City Vung Tau urban area; DIC Wisteria City Dong Nai urban area; Hiep Phuoc Residential Area; DIC Victory City Hau Giang urban area.

The Dai Phuoc Ecotourism Urban Area project has been agreed by the People's Committee of Dong Nai province and approved by the competent authorities to adjust the progress until the end of 2027. The General Director assigned the Project Development Committee and related boards to seriously implement according to the progress adjustment this time, soon completing the entire project before 2027.

In addition, the General Director directed the Project Development Department to coordinate with relevant departments to continue reviewing and completing the draft report on the 5-year business plan (period 2023 – 2027).

Regarding capital arrangements, the General Director assigned the Finance Committee to continue working with credit institutions, continuing to arrange capital in 2024 for projects.

As planned, DIC Group plans to hold the General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) in the period of April 17-26, 2024. The General Director requested the Departments and Boards to focus on completing assigned tasks and serving the AGM thoughtfully and effectively.
