REGULAR MEETING IN MAY TO IMPLEMENT PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS

In the afternoon of May 13^rd, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin chaired the regular meeting in May 2024 to deploy production and business activities.

At the beginning of the meeting, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin commented and evaluated the results of works implementated in the first quarter of 2024 and April 2024. "Request departments and branches to review and develop work plans of each department, speed up work, ensure 100% completion of the 2024 production and business plan targets approved by the AGM", Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin emphasized.

DIC Group's 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders took place successfully on the afternoon of April 26^th, 2024. At the briefing, the General Director praised the spirit of effective work and smooth coordination between departments to serve the thoughtful organization of the General Meeting of Shareholders and achieve good results.

In addition to investing in the development of large-scale real estate projects, DIC Group also focuses on improving the quality of corporate governance and fully complying with State regulations and policies. In order to well implement the roadmap for converting international financial reporting standards (IFRS) according to the project of the Ministry of Finance, DIC Group has proactively planned and prepared, ensuring the availability of data as well as resources. efforts to implement IFRS quickly and effectively. On the morning of May 8^th, DIC Group and Ernst & Young Vietnam Co., Ltd. (EY Vietnam) held a "Contract signing ceremony for construction consulting project and application of standard reporting system". international financial reporting (IFRS). The roadmap to apply international standards and norms is an important step to ensure compliance with the highest principles and standards in management, operations and business of DIC Group. From there, creating a solid foundation to help business activities develop sustainably and safely.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin - General Director of DIC Group and Mr. Tran Nam Dung - Deputy General Director of EY Vietnam signed a contract for consultation to build and appy a reporting system in accordance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS)

The meeting reported revenue, expenses, and business results in April 2024 of DIC Group. After listening to the work report, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin concluded the direction and assigned specific tasks to each department.

The General Director directed the Project Development Board to focus efforts and try to complete legal procedures for projects: DIC Chi Linh City Vung Tau Urban Area; DIC Solar City Vung Tau urban area; DIC Dai Phuoc City Dong Nai urban area; DIC Wisteria City Dong Nai urban area and Hiep Phuoc residential area.

Compensation and site clearance work is an important task for 2024 with the goal of creating a large clean land fund for key projects. General Director Nguyen Quang Tin assigned the DIC Dong Nai Projects Management Board and the Land Management Board to coordinate and speed up the land clearance compensation process at the DIC Wisteria City Dong Nai Urban Area project.

At the meeting, the General Director requested the Market & Business Development Department to focus maximally on sales and debt collection at projects to generate revenue, revenue and profit according to the 2024 plan. Leader approved. Regarding the expansion of sales channels, the General Director assigned the Department of Market Development and Business to carefully research and propose the selection of additional brokerage units to ensure business performance meets requirements.

On May 25, a series of activities will take place to celebrate the 34th anniversary of the establishment of DIC Group (May 26, 1990 - May 26, 2024). Within the framework of the meeting, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin directed the establishment of 3 working groups corresponding to 3 events: "Group 1 - Restarting the Cap Saint Jacques Complex project"; “Group 2 – DIC Golf Tournament and friends”; "Group 3 - Celebrating the 34th anniversary of the establishment of DIC Group".
