REGULAR MEETING IN NOVEMBER TO IMPLEMENT PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS

In the afternoon of November 13rd, at the headquarters of DIC Group, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin chaired the November regular meeting to implement production and business activities.

Speaking at the opening of the meeting, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin assessed the business results in October and commented on the overall business situation in the first 10 months of 2023. Leaders of DIC Group acknowledged the efforts, efforts and achievements of the Business & Market Development Department (PTTT&KD). Specifically, October revenues will increase by 100% compared to September 2023. With the plan for retail revenue of real estate projects in 2023 to reach at least VND 1,000 billion, by the end of the first 10 months of 2023, the Rural Development and Development Board has implemented about 80%. In the last 2 months of the year, the General Director directed the Rural Development and Technology Department to accelerate to achieve the revenue plan. In addition, the General Director requested the Rural Development and Technology Board to make a product business plan at 2 projects of DIC Victory City Hau Giang Urban Area and DIC Lantana City Ha Nam Residential Area in November 2023, contributing to completing the retail revenue target of VND 500-600 billion in the last 2 months of the year.

General Director Nguyen Quang Tin emphasized: "Project Finance – Business – Legal work is always the No. 1 priority of DIC Group, asking leaders of departments and departments to focus on handling work in order of priority to complete tasks in the sprint period at the end of 2023".

For the capital arrangement, the Investment, Finance & IR Board will complete the procedures for approving the investment credit limit for the project of Nam Vinh Yen City Vinh Phuc Urban Area. At the same time, strive to fulfill the target of 2023 financial arrangements in early December.

At the meeting, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin assigned the Accounting Committee to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments to implement the roadmap for transformation and implementation of international accounting standards (IFRS) from 2024. The preparation of financial statements under IFRS increases the transparency of information, thereby helping DIC Group access capital in the international market, as well as improving the reputation and brand of the business.

For project investment, the General Director directed to focus on completing legal procedures at a number of key projects: DIC Solar City Vung Tau urban area; DIC Wisteria City Dong Nai urban area ...
 

At the end of October and the beginning of November 2023, DIC Group has urgently completed the restructuring work to improve the efficiency of business operations and stabilize the organizational structure. In order to serve the development goals in the coming period, DIC Group has established 2 new departments: Tourism & Trade Service Investment Project Management Board; Industrial, Energy and ESG Project Management Board.

Within the framework of the meeting, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin directed the Trade Union to prepare and thoughtfully organize the DIC Family Day 2023 with the theme "Internal strength – Conquering challenges" on December 23.
