REQUEST TO TERMINATE THE USE OF "DIC" TRADEMARK

Construction Development Investment Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Group) is the owner of DIC trademark, which was granted Trademark Registration Certificate No. 101435 by the National Office of Intellectual Property on 20/5/2008. Since the time of issuance of the Certificate, DIC Group has not signed a Contract to transfer the right to use the trademark in accordance with the Law on Intellectual Property with these companies:

• DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company branch
• DIC Da Lat Investment & Trading Joint Stock Company
• DIC Binh Phuoc Cement Factory
• DIC Energy Joint Stock Company
• DIC Da Nang Investment & Trading Joint Stock Company
• DIC Building Materials Production Joint Stock Company (DIC Long An)

Hereby, DIC Group requests these companies to stop using "DIC" trademark in business transactions at the Company. At the same time, complete dismantling the use of images and names related to the DIC brand in the mass media no later than 3 months from the time of receipt of this document.
