SEPTEMBER BRIEFING ON PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS IMPLEMENTATION

On the afternoon of September 9^th, 2024, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin – General Director of DIC Group chaired the September briefing on the implementation of production and business. Chairman of the Board – Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong also attended this meeting and concluded the direction after listening to the reports from the Executive Board and Departments.

At the beginning of the meeting, the entire Board of Directors observed a minute of silence to commemorate the late Chairman Nguyen Thien Tuan – the founder of DIC Group with many great contributions to creating the foundation for the development of the business. General Director Nguyen Quang Tin shared: The Board of Directors, the Executive Board and the collective of employees would like to express their deep gratitude and appreciation for the contributions and legacies that the late Chairman has created. The collective of employees is determined to join hands to unite, inherit, preserve and develop DIC Group sustainably".

Following the meeting, the General Director evaluated the work results in July and August 2024 in particular and the first 8 months of 2024 in general. "In the past two months, DIC Group has recorded many positive changes, especially in the legal works for on-going projects. Departments and Boards are required to develop a strict plan for the last four months of 2024, ensuring the completion of assigned tasks," the General Director emphasized.

The meeting briefly reported on revenues, expenditures, investment and disbursement of projects, production and business activities in August 2024, as well as production and business's accumulated results in the first 8 months of 2024.

The Chairman and General Director have concluded to direct a group of important issues related to investment; business work; planning and design; governance model; Party work; human resources; commendation, etc.

At the meeting, Chairman Nguyen Hung Cuong requested that the key task is to complete 100% of the production and business plan in 2024 approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders. At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong also gave specific directions on project investment for two groups: one group will implement investment and one group will do research on investment. "The investment needs to evaluate legal, land and financial issues. In particular, legal and land work must be strict from the beginning," Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong emphasized.

Regarding the governance model of DIC Group, the Board of Directors plays the role of guiding and setting strategic goals. The Board of Directors plays a role in implementing the production and business goals and plans set by the Board of Directors. Functional Departments and Boards advise and assist the Executive Board. The Project Management Boards are the focal points on behalf of the Investor to implement projects locally. "Based on this governance structure model, everyone should define clearly the functions, tasks and responsibilities between levels and each Department and Board. Under the guidance of the General Director, the Board of Directors expects DIC Group to complete 100% of the production and business plan in 2024, aiming to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Group's establishment", the Chairman commented at the meeting.

Representatives of Dong Nai Province Leaders, Nhon Trach District Leaders and DIC Group Leaders took photos at the exhibition "Nhon Trach 30 years of construction and development" on August 30^th.

At the meeting, General Director Nguyen Quang Tin continued to direct the key tasks of September and the fourth quarter of 2024 including: Legal completion of projects; increase charter capital; complete the transfer of the project as planned; develop effective sales plans and focus on debt collection at projects.

Developing the Party organization in the enterprise has always been a priority task of DIC Group. 

After becoming a private economic group at the end of 2017, DIC Group continues to maintain Party committees; Trade Union and Youth Union with many practical activities. Currently, the structure of the Party Committee of DIC Group consists of 15 branches with 254 party members. DIC Group always adheres to the Party's major policy, prioritizing the development of the Party organization in the enterprise. In the term of 2020 – 2025, the Party Committee of DIC Group has set a target of admitting 50 new party members. Right in September 2024, the Standing Committee of DIC Group's Party Committee will organize will organize a political theory training class in 2024 for 136 elite people of the Group.
