THE LEGAL PROCEDURES OF LAM HA CENTER POINT RESIDENTIAL AREA PROJECT IS BASICALLY COMPLETED

Most recently, the People's Committee of Ha Nam province has issued Decision No. 1068/QD-UBND, dated 05/8/2024 on "Adjusting Decision No. 1418/QD-UBND dated 21/7/2022 of the People's Committee of Ha Nam province to allocate land (phase 2) to Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Company to implement the investment project to build Lam Ha Center Point Residential Area in Lam Ha ward, Phu Ly city, Ha Nam province". Accordingly, the Lam Ha Center Point Residential Area project has basically completed the legal process according to regulations.

 

Specifically, the Lam Ha Center Point housing project has been approved to adjust the detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500; approved the results of investor selection; certified the completion of land clearance compensation; allocated 100% of the land area; approved the environmental impact assessment report; appraised and approved the feasibility study report dossiers (including basic design drawings) and completed the land allocation adjustment dossiers.

In the fourth quarter of 2024, DIC Group will continue to accelerate the implementation of relevant procedures to qualify for construction in accordance with the law such as: determining and submitting financial obligations on land, applying for land use right certificates, ownership of land-attached assets, etc. approve construction design drawings, apply for construction permits.

Located in the Planning of Bac Chau Giang Urban Area, Lam Ha Center Point Residential Area has an area of 13.6 hectares, located in Lam Ha Ward, Phu Ly City, is an expensive highlight in the real estate market in the center of the young city. The project owns a prime location with the Dien Bien Phu arterial road (65m – 68m wide) which has been invested and completed passing through the project.

Lam Ha Center Point Residential Area after the construction investment is completed will provide accommodation for about 2,400 people, contributing to changing the urban appearance, accelerating the economic development process and maximizing the potential of the area. With a total investment of VND 2,115.9 billion, Lam Ha Center Point Residential Area is one of the key projects of DIC Group implemented in the period of 2021 – 2025.

 

The utility system is focused on construction by the investor.

 

After starting construction and investing in the construction of the technical system, the project will create a business land fund to invest in the construction of architectural works on the land including 106 shophouses with a total land area of 12,289m²; 32 villas with a land area of 10,857 m²; 90 adjacent houses with a land area of 7,798 m²; 3 Commercial Center blocks combined with 15-20 storey apartments with 36,800.5 m² of high-class apartments and 4,224.9 m² of commercial center floors.
