The “Famous Brand - Vietnam Competitive Brand 2018" is an annual program of Vietnam Intellectual Property Association (VIPA) held for the first time in 2006. Through 12 years of organization, the program has created positive reputation and prestige across the country.

In order to reach the Top 20 Famous Brands, DIC Group has undergone a careful selection of documents from the Board of Selection as well as leading and reputable experts in Vietnam. A famous brand must meet eight fundamental criteria specified in an Article No.75 of the Intellectual Property Law and total revenue collection, management system and positive contributions to social security. Therefore, for the second consecutive year, this prestigious award has confirmed DIC Group's outstanding and sustainable development in real estate industry.
