On August 1st, SACA organized a special series of activities under the theme "Saigon - Vung Tau: Coming Together Under One Roof." This meaningful event demonstrated the spirit of strategic cooperation, expanded networking, and accelerated integration between the construction and building materials business communities of these two regions.
Grand Opening of SACA Office in Southern Ho Chi Minh City
SACA's representative office was officially inaugurated in a solemn ceremony in Vung Tau Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The event marked a new milestone in regional development strategy and realized SACA's integration roadmap in Southern Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Dinh Hong Ky - Chairman of SACA - outlined ten key responsibilities of the new Southern Ho Chi Minh City office:
1. Serving as SACA's representative in Southern Ho Chi Minh City.
2. Expanding membership in construction, building materials, and interior/exterior design sectors, particularly in ten fields approved by Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
3. Establishing the SACA Depot building materials center.
4. Promoting regional cooperation among businesses from former Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, and Binh Duong.
5. Supporting trade promotion and construction investment in Southern Ho Chi Minh City, especially coastal areas and sectors related to tourism, infrastructure, marine urban development, eco-cities, and renewable energy.
6. Developing networks of suppliers, contractors, architects, and real estate developers in the region.
7. Organizing business matching seminars and investment promotion events for building materials and construction technology.
8. Supporting green transition and sustainable development, particularly in coastal construction and satellite urban areas.
9. Coordinating with SACA's central Ho Chi Minh City office on training programs and market research.
10. Contributing to planning for Ho Chi Minh City's new urban areas, especially regarding infrastructure, logistics, marine urban development, and green tourism in Southern Ho Chi Minh City.

Meeting with DIC Group
The SACA delegation held productive discussions with DIC Group leadership - a leading real estate investment, construction, and urban development enterprise in the Southeast region. Both parties shared strategic visions and commitments to expanded future cooperation.
Mr. Dinh Hong Ky acknowledged DIC Group not only as a strategic partner but also as SACA's primary sponsor for 2025. DIC's participation in most SACA programs has significantly contributed to the association's success and value dissemination.
