PROCEDURES FOR ATTENDING THE 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

On the afternoon of June 28th, DIC Group (MCK: DIG) will hold its 2023 Annual General Meeting at Aurora Convention Center (No. 169 Thuy Van, Ward 8, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province).

PROCEDURE FOR ATTENDANCE:

Shareholders attending the General Meeting are kindly requested to bring the following documents:

- Direct attendance:

• Identity document registered with the participant's securities account opening place (ID card/ Citizen identity card/Passport).

- Authorization to participate:

• Original form of Power of Attorney (Reference Power of Attorney form is posted here: https://dic.vn/uploads/files/2023/05/31/GUQ.pdf) ;
• ID card/Citizen identity card/Passport of the authorized person;
• A copy of ID card/Citizen identity card/Passport of the Authorized Person (if the Authorizer is an individual shareholder);
• A letter of recommendation from the organization if the attendee is not the legal representative.

CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE:

In order to properly organize the General Meeting, please confirm your attendance at the General Meeting or authorize others to attend the Meeting before 17:00, June 27th, 2023, by:
