VUNG TAU: REAL ESTATE MARKET WAS AWAKENED AFTER A "LONG SLEEP"

According to experts, Vung Tau’s real estate market is becoming more and more active thanks to the advantage of connecting the transport infrastructure, socio-economic development and tourism potential. This is the firmly basis, leverage for the real estate market develops quickly and sustainably.

Currently, the city is implementing Sao Mai - Ben Dinh international container transshipment port project.

Vung Tau is also strategically located at the gateway to the East Sea, adjacent to Ho Chi Minh City in the southern key economic region: Only 90 minutes away by car from Ho Chi Minh City via Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway and extended Highway No. 51.

Besides, Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway, Vung Tau - Bien Hoa highway, extended Highway No. 56, the avoiding route of Ba Ria to the extension road of Hoi Bai - Chau Pha ... will connect the whole Western region with Dong Nai, Tan Thanh and Ba Ria – Vung Tau easily. Especially, Long Thanh International Airport is planned and step by step completed while Ho Tram airport is being built as an airport for tourism.

Experts in the field said that this is a great potential for the real estate market boom in the coming time.
